JEUZi offers free shipping on qualified orders. Valid in the United States only, excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

At JEUZi we made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 3-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 9:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 9:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by USPS and UPS. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

JEUZi will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2024.

Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

3. Independence Day- July 4, 2024

4. Labor Day-September 2, 2024

5. Thanksgiving Day- November -28, 2024

6. Christmas Day- December -25, 2024

WHAT IS OUR DELIVERY POLICY?

• An estimated delivery date comes in a shipping confirmation email after your order is placed Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

• These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.

• Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes unless the item is being shipped via USPS.

• Fulfillment of Your JEUZi orders is subject to materials availability.

• We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you select next day shipping and submit the order after 12pm(ET), Monday - Friday, it won’t be processed until the next business day

• If you place an order after 12pm(ET), Friday - Sunday and select next day shipping or two day shipping, it will ship Monday morning.

ALASKA, HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO

All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. In cases that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 6 or 8 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• 6-15 Business Days after orders ship $30.00

BY WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your items will be processed & shipped within two or three business days of the being placed. Standard international shipping fees do not include duties and taxes they may differ depending on your region.

HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

JEUZi unable to provide estimated taxes and duties as this information will vary by country. Keep in mind if you place an online order, you will be responsible for all duties, customs charge and taxes. If your order is refused by then, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

DO WE SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX?

JEUZi do not ship to P.O BOX outside USA.
