Our commitment is to ensure that you are satisfies with JEUZi products, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the product didn’t work or it was not what you expected? We’re so sorry to hear that we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise that have been purchase directly from JEUZi website within the last 20 days we can help you with the exchange.

Just email us at [email protected] to receive a return authorization number (JRA). To make the exchange process as quick and seamless as possible, please don’t return your product without the JRA number. If your product was purchased from another retailer, you’ll need to exchange the product at that same retailer.

Refunds

If, for any reason your product didn't work out or it wasn't what you expected? We’re so sorry to hear that and want to make it right. We can refund items that have been purchased directly from the JEUZi website within the last 20 days.

Reach out to us via email at [email protected] in order to receive a return authorization number (JRA). In order to make the refund process as quick and seamless as possible, please do not return your product without the JRA number. If your product was purchased from another retailer, you will need to return the product to that same retailer.

Note: We don’t refund original shipping charges and you will be responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax (if applicable). Also, for your protection and convenience, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. It just makes it easier on everyone to know where your package is located at all times.

1) Once the returned item(s) is received at our fulfillment center, you will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time we receive your item(s) for processing.

Please Note:

• We only accept returns for merchandise purchased through jeuzi.com.

• Final sale or Clearance items cannot be returned.

• We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 20 days of the delivery date.

• JEUZI is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit to us.

• Please read all conditions. If conditions are not satisfied, JEUZI reserves the right to refuse a return.
